Your photos, videos & music are valuable enough for you to want to preserve them.
That's why we want to help you get your items to us, as safely as possible. Below
are suggestions for safely shipping your items to us. Due to the unfortunate
possibility , of damage in transit, please fully insure all shipments.

As an added precautionary matter, all received items are stored in a fire proof safe ,
from the moment we receive them , to the moment we ship them back to you .

Shipping Photos

Please number the back of each photo, if you want them in a particular order of appearance

Place a piece of paper between each photo to make sure they don't touch each other

Score and fold a piece of cardboard

Place all divided photos in scored cardboard

Tape scored cardboard together on 3 sides

Place taped cardboard with pictures in a
waterproof package or container

Place waterproof package or container in a suitable
package for shipping

Do not allow to be folded

Avoid excessive heat

Please Insure all shipped items for estimated value

Shipping Negatives

Place negatives in a bubble wrap envelope

Place bubble wrap envelope in a water proof container
( Rubbermaid, Tupperware, Zip Lock, Etc. ) *

Place container in a suitable box for shipping

Avoid Excessive Heat

Please Insure all items shipped for estimated value

* All items & containers shipped will be returned upon completion of project(s)

Shipping Cassettes, VHS, Beta & 8 Track Tapes

Each tape should be in it's protective case

Wrap each tape in bubble wrap or place each tape in a bubble wrap envelope

Place tape(s) in a suitable box for shipping

Fill box with packing peanuts

Please Insure all items shipped for estimated value

Avoid Excessive Heat

Avoid contact with magnetic fields

Identify As Fragile

Shipping Vinyl LP's

Each LP should be in it's protective cover

Place in a box, on a layer of bubble wrap, cardboard or towels

Place a piece of bubble wrap or cardboard in between each LP shipped

Tape box together securely

Identify as Fragile

Avoid Excessive Heat
